Breaking ground in November 2021 and scheduled for completion in Winter 2022/2023, our 134-suite affordable townhome project is the second for Avana in the Edmonton marketplace. This development consists of 15 buildings containing between six and ten stacked units, each with one and three-bedroom layouts. All suites are equipped with private balconies and modern interior finishes, with select suites also including fully-integrated garage parking.
