This unit features in-unit washer and dryer, granite counters, tile floors, lower level entry access, and cabinets in the hallway for extra storage. Each unit is provided with an air conditioner. All units have a refrigerator, oven/range, and microwave. Units have the option of being available furnished with a dinette table, couch, dresser, and twin bed.
The property features bike racks, on-site community laundry, a gated entrance, and the option for a parking space. We are family owned and operated, and have an on-site manager.
Internet is included in the rent. Landlord pays for water, hot water, sewage, and trash. Tenant pays for gas (heat and cooking) and electricity.
We are located within the USC DPS patrol area, and are right across the street from one of the main USC Tram stops.
Units are available for virtual or in-person tours.
