Most have the bathroom and laundry on the landing between the two floors. In addition to a washer and dryer, each loft comes with a refrigerator, gas stove, and garbage disposal. Kitchens have high-quality cabinets and granite counters. The floors downstairs are stained concrete; upstairs is carpeted.
Between 43rd and 44th Streets, off Adeline, BORDER LOFTS is centrally located in the heart of the East Bay. It is located just minutes from the freeway and the Bay Bridge. With minimal traffic, downtown San Francisco is fifteen minutes away. Downtown Oakland and Jack London Square are a ten-minute drive to the south; go north for ten minutes and find downtown Berkeley and the UC campus.
The nearest BART (MacArthur Station) is about a fifteen-minute walk from the lofts. Bus service, including AC Transit to San Francisco, is easily accessible three blocks away on San Pablo Avenue.
